Some sessions are about easing stress and giving an overworked nervous system a break. That's a legitimate goal on its own, not just a warm-up for the "real" work.
Find the actual cause
Pain and its cause are often in different places. The assessment behind a Level 4 qualification means treatment targets what's driving the problem, not just where it's felt.
Leave with a plan
Most sessions end with one or two specific stretches or exercises, the same ones in the guides on this site, so the work continues after you've left the table.
